Strategy – Can You Really Write A Strategy For Someone Else?

Of course, it’s always best when a firm writes it’s own strategy. When you look at having someone else do it, we need to able to answer these 6 questions:

1. What Has To Happen?

2. Who Do We Need To Reach To Make It Happen?

3. What Do They Need To Think, Know, Feel or Do?

4. What Is The Time Factor?

5. How Much Money Do We Have?

6. What Is The Best Way To Do it?

Once we have that basis, we can actually put together a strategy.
