Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of the NYSE, has taken a strategic stake in OKX — including a board seat.

• ICE will license OKX’s spot crypto prices to launch U.S. regulated futures
• OKX will give its 120M users access to ICE’s U.S. futures markets and tokenized NYSE equities
• A joint venture will bring OKX and ICE-operated markets to U.S. customers
ICE may also relocate up to 2,000 employees to the U.S.

In the past 5 months, ICE has:
